The following images are from an actual patient treated by Dr. Elisabeth Potter who has undergone Lateral Thigh Perforator Flap (LTP Flap) Reconstruction surgery.
This is a 39-year-old Female with prior history of left breast cancer who underwent unilateral mastectomy with no reconstruction and adjuvant radiation therapy in 2017. She was not a candidate for DIEP flap surgery given history of abdominoplasty, so she underwent autologous reconstruction with Lateral Thigh Perforator flap (LTP Flap) in 2018. She later had right breast reduction for symmetry as well as fat grafting to left breast in 2019.
