We’d like to congratulate Cherie Matthews for earning this year’s Woman Philanthropist Award as a part of the Texas Women in Business Awards. She has created a shirt that allows those recovering from breast cancer to be comfortable, yet fashionable. It gives those who have survived the battle against cancer to feel feminine and upbeat during a vulnerable time.
